Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal / Visa / MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may provide your card information via over the phone.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included these terms to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition, signing for goods as 'Not Inspected' cannot be accepted and shall be deemed as the goods being signed as in good condition. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to nextdaycubicles.co.uk in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred.
The person who placed the order will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery slot on a given day is any time between 8am and 6pm.
Whilst every effort will be made by nextdaycubicles.co.uk to ensure that the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered within a timely manner to the buyer, nextdaycubicles.co.uk shall not be liable for any damages caused by such omissions or delays.
All cases of force majeure such as wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, pandemics, delays in transport, lack of means of transport, breakdowns in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without thereby conferring on the Buyer the right to claim damages against nextdaycubicles.co.uk or the manufacturers.
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched from the manufacture / distributor you will be liable for restocking and/or transport costs.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Product guarantees are as offered by the manufactures.

nextdaycubicles.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Goods may be returned for whatever reason* subject to the buyer notifying nextdaycubicles.co.uk in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods that they wish cancel the order. The goods will only be accepted for restocking if they are undamaged and in the original unopened packaging and a 30% handling charge is payable . The goods must be returned at the buyer's expense, via their chosen courier. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has paid to nextdaycubicles.co.uk the whole price thereof and the price of any other outstanding sale. If, notwithstanding that the ownership of goods has not passed to the Buyer, the Buyer agrees that, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, nextdaycubicles.co.uk may, at any time enter upon the Buyer's premises and remove the goods there from and that the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for this purpose. Notwithstanding that ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer save as provided above, the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer from the time of collection or delivery to him of the goods
Law The contract between nextdaycubicles.co.uk and the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made at the registered office of nextdaycubicles.co.uk, Units 5-7 Luton Street, Liverpool. L5 9XR.
All contracts subject to these Conditions between the Buyer and nextdaycubicles.co.uk.co.uk, shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with English law and the Buyer hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of all claims, disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with any such contract
